Station Theatre's weekend Station Sessions workshops continue through to 22 November
The theatre's hands-on sessions cover performance skills and lighting and sound, and no experience is needed.
The Station Theatre on Hayling Island is running a second series of its weekend workshops, called Station Sessions, from Sunday 27 September to Sunday 22 November 2026, from 10:30am to 12:30pm. The sessions are for ages 16 and over and cost £5 for HIADS members or £10 for non-members.
Two strands
The theatre says there are two strands. Performance sessions cover audition technique, pantomime skills, voice and improvisation. Tech sessions give people hands-on time with the theatre's lighting and sound equipment. The theatre says no experience is needed and every session is built around doing rather than listening. The kettle is on from 10am.

As listed by the theatre, the sessions still to come are Voice on Sunday 11 October, Improvisation in Performance on Saturday 7 November, The Sound System on Sunday 8 November and Programming Sound on Sunday 22 November 2026.
